Depends.
What serial would you give the os? For example home retail pro oem.
Theres a fine line of legalitty here - as far as i'm aware, I can give you an .iso but I can't actually give you a key.

I think you miss understood me.
You are going to install xp pro. But there are different types of keys for xp, so for example, you can't give a retail setup a oem key.
Look and you will find.
